Chasing Butterflies Co. LLC: RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Chasing Butterflies Co. LLC accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original shipment date. All returns will be credited in the form of a Chasing Butterflies Co LLC E-Gift Card (store credit that never expires). Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size and at the same price. Please note that the cost of return shipping is $6.00 for any number of items, which will be deducted from your store credit (Chasing Butterflies Co LLC E-Gift Card). To initiate your return or exchange, please read the information below.

CONDITIONS: To be eligible for return/exchange, all merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Bodysuits and swimwear must be returned with the original protective adhesive strip fully attached.

Sale Items: Items marked as FINAL sale are not eligible for return or exchange. However, in case of extenuating circumstances such as item damage upon arrival or incorrect item sent, we will handle the situation fairly and responsibly.

Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving it. We will issue an exchange or replacement free of charge. If the item is tampered with or we are contacted outside of the 72 hour time frame, we cannot issue a return or exchange.

Additional Return Details: If you are returning items from two separate orders, please return them separately. Shoe boxes must be returned in their original condition and packaging, or they will not be accepted. If you used Afterpay or Sezzle to pay for your order and the item is returned, you are still responsible for paying the remaining balance through Afterpay or Sezzle.
